Returns

Our journals and books are custom-printed by a print-on-demand service. As such, we do not accept returns.

Damages During Shipment

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within seven days of receipt. You must provide the information on your packing slip and a photo of the damaged package. Once we receive those, we will work with the printer to arrange a replacement shipment.

Cancellations

Once you place an order, your journal or book will go into production within a few hours. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an order cancellation. Regardless, if you place an order by mistake, contact us immediately, and we will attempt to stop production on your order. If we are successful, you will receive a full refund.

Lost or Undelivered Shipments

Our journals and books are shipped via USPS or the equivalent, depending on your location. Where available, shipment tracking can used to locate a package. Tracking is not always available for shipments to countries outside the United States. 

(Updated 13 Feb 2025)—Delivery times vary by country. After production, shipping time estimates by country: 

  • 6-8 business days: UK, France, Ireland
  • 9-12 business days: Canada, Spain
  • 11-14 business days: US, Netherlands
  • 13-17 business days: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden
  • 15-18 business days: Mexico*
  • 23-26 business days: Argentina*, Brazil*, Colombia, Japan, Peru*, South Korea, United Arab Emirates

Based on the above estimates, if you have not received your order five business days after your anticipated delivery date, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking your order. 

Customs Regulations

*  (Updated 13 June 2025)—Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Peru, and Argentina have implemented stricter customs regulations and now require a valid recipient tax ID for all incoming shipments. Orders shipping to these countries must include a tax ID as part of the recipient’s shipping information. If this information is missing from your order, we will contact you to complete this new requirement.
